The main services provided by the Praxis IRC are:
- Reference and research services
- Borrowing and document delivery services
- Copying, faxing, and emailing of documents
- Communications (e-mail and
information routing and sharing)
- Professional courtesy services
- Access to electronic documents, including
tools, publications, opinion articles, and press releases via its website
at www.thepraxisproject.org
- Technical Assistance on information management and information systems
- Outreach to clients and outside organizations (e.g. informing and educating
about IRC services and collection)
These services will be provided via:
- Maintenance and expansion of the collection.
- Providing access to current
literature, research findings, and information on both print and electronic
format
- Guiding constituents on their research and literature searches
- Borrowing and document delivery services
