Organizing Landscapes, Priorities, Methods, and Impacts

In Spring 2017, 20 basebuilding organizations from across the Western United States, Alaska, Hawai'i, and Guam were invited to co-produce and contribute to and understanding of the state of organizing around issues of health justice, understanding how the existing socio-political landscape affects organizing, identifying intersectionalities, and developing collective strategies. Lastly, participants worked to identify tools and resources to support their work, measure community power, and develop ways to measure impact. This Learning Circle was facilitated by Xavier Morales and Judith LeBlanc at the Asilomar Conference Grounds.
