We are still in the Covid crisis and we’ve seen the toll of gun violence on our communities. It is essential that we have some wellness strategies and support solutions in place to support ourselves, each other and the communities we serve.
For this workshop you will (re)learn how to breathe and do some yoga stretches for stress reduction.
I will teach you tricks for learning, practicing and achieving Grace Under Pressure.
We will talk about Establishing and Re-Establishing Boundaries with family, friends and The Workplace. Learn how to manage Emotional, Physical and Time Budgets
At the end we will all create a personal mantra. A personal mantra is a positive phrase, an affirmation inspire you to be your best self. Its purpose is to provide motivation and encouragement to you when you you need it the most and when you need to remember who you really are.
