What it means

Through a shared foundation of trust and interdependence, we work to prioritize feedback loops, document lessons learned, and continue to strengthen our collective work over time.  We’re constantly learning from the expertise of projects working with us, and their feedback is incorporated back into our processes and policies.

In practice

We are working to cultivate spaces for projects who work with us to share key organizational development and strategy learnings with each other around topics such as succession planning, setting up internal financial systems, and becoming an independent nonprofit.  These key learnings will live in an accessible resource library for all.
