Jarett Fields is the Director of Educational Equity Programs for the Social Justice Learning Institute. In this role, he leads the Urban Scholars program which is a research-based, post-secondary success program for middle and high school students in Houston, Texas. Prior to joining the Social Justice Learning Institute, Mr. Fields served as an Assistant Principal over math and science for KIPP Texas. Mr. Fields has nearly fifteen years of experience in education and has held a number of positions in the field. He brings a wealth of experience in education policy, school leadership, organizational and program management.
