FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES
The Mobilize Power Fund. This rapid response fund from The Third Wave Fund is resourcing gender justice* organizations to adapt or pivot their work when met with unanticipated, time-sensitive opportunities or threats to their movement building work and organizing conditions. Grants can be made for up to $10,000 USD. Larger grants may be made on a case-by-case basis. Partnership or coalitions of two or more groups can request up to $20,000 USD. Deadline is March 1, 2022. Grassroots Exchange Fund. Common Counsel Foundation's rapid response fund is designed to support networking and collaboration between grassroots social change organizations throughout the United States. The fund prioritizes grants to small community-based organizations seeking to meet with each other. Typical grants are $1000. Rolling deadline, February through November. Learn more.
Gamma Mu Foundation Grants. The mission of the Gamma Mu Foundation is to make a positive difference in the lives of the LGBT community, primarily in rural and other underserved populations of the United States. Grants are awarded in the following program areas: HIV/AIDS Services, Community Services, and Research and Public Education. The grant application deadline is March 31, 2022. Learn more.
2022 Community Grants for LGBTQ+ Organizations. The Leonard-Litz LGBTQ+ Foundation's 2022 community grants support the work being done by non-profit LGBTQ+ organizations of all sizes. Submissions are on a rolling basis. Learn more.
The Strategic Opportunities Support Rapid Response Fund (SOS Fund). Circle for Justice Innovations issues micro-grants (up to $5,000) to eligible organizations addressing immediate, emergency needs and critically urgent strategic organizing opportunities in their communities. Qualifying organizations are led by and serve formerly incarcerated people and the families of those directly impacted and possess organizational budgets under $750,000. Applications are considered on a rolling basis until funds have been all granted. Learn more.
