Board Member
As a Little Rock Central High School graduate, he learned early how social justice and an equitable education can be a driving force for systemic advancement. This long-standing commitment to create positive change led him to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, where he served as class president and oversaw a public school mentorship program. After obtaining his Master of Teaching from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, he became a school leader for middle and high school youth. During his career, he has also designed education programs for nonprofit organizations and leveraged his Clinton Presidential School of Public Service degree as a domestic and international consultant. Reginald currently serves as Chief of Staff for Little Rock School District.
