"LOVE as noted by Bell Hooks, is a mixture of ingredients; a recipe of which you get to define. Mine tastes like a cup of warm chai in the morning. It consists of equal parts freedom and solidarity with a sprinkle of affirmation and discipline. A splash of commitment and a dash of letting go. Be sure to leave out disrespect and shame, as that will surely ruin the flavor. Sacrifice is heavily used in other recipes, but I try to use it sparingly. While the ingredients and measurement ratios can be modified depending on your tastes, it’s a dish best served warm and with others"
